Processing Time

All pieces at Brooklyn Jewelers are custom made. We don’t stock inventory: Each piece is made to order just for you. Please allow an estimated 2 to 4 weeks production time for each piece.

If you need to rush an order, please email orders@brooklynjewelers.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please note that your selected shipping method does not expedite your order's production time.

Shipping

Once we’ve completed your piece, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for any costs incurred with a returned package due to multiple failed delivery attempts.

UPS 2-Day: 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

UPS Overnight: Arrives the next business day from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm (excluding weekends and holidays)

If there’s a manufacturing defect upon receipt of your order, please email orders@brooklynjewelers.com within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. You must return your item unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement request if we believe the items were intentionally damaged or misused. If applicable, our team may approve a refund due to a manufacturing defect.
